Senior E-steering System Engineer

• Technical communication with customer and break down the customer requirements to HW & SW specification level for EPS(Electrical Power Steering).
• Responsible for EPS system integration(HW & SW) of steering axle/acuator/power electronics/sensors for material handling business.
• Responsible for defining electrical power steering system engineering specification, ensure the final prodcut compliance of customer, target market regulations and ZF standards.
• Based on ZF GDPEP, coordinate engineering design and changes release and output mondatory documents(BoM, Drawing, DFMEA, FEA, etc.) with the mechanical engineering team.
• Understand 'Design For Manufacturing(DFM)' & 'Design For Assembly(DFA)' philosophy.
• Coordinate power electronics and SW development & release.
• Responsible for defining and managing HW & SW DVP.
• Responsible for electrical power steering system test to ensure the compliance of China & global standards(EMC, homologation, EN 1175, etc.).
• Problem solving for plant and application issues.
• To implement market survey, then define the most cost effective EPS system road map for material handling.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager. Requirements
• Bachelor or Master in automotive / electronics / information technology. 2. 5+ years development experience specifically related to automotive industry.
• Experience in EPS R&D department of OEM or TIER1 companies is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in steer-by-wire (SbW) system developments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in SPICE or ISO26262.
• Knowledge in vehicle communication BUS(at least one of CAN,LIN or FLEXRAY).
• Good capability on English & Chinese spoken and written.
