Senior Hardware Design Engineer/高级硬件设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibility 岗位职责:

• In cooperation with relevant functions: concept development, scheduling, budget evaluation, creaton of specifications

Following-up system requirement (performance, resource consumptions, HW requirements) 配合相关单位：概念开发、计划安排、预算评估, 创建符合系统要求的规范书（性能、能耗、硬件接口要求）

• Leading in concept design/create in bidding stage(in coorperation with MDE, SWE, VTE), and ensure all design fulfill maximum cost optimization requirement.

主导报价阶段的产品概念设计(结构/软件/实验验证工程师配合)，确保设计成本的合理化.

• Circuit & Preliminary layout development，Simulation(Motor operations,Thermal, ELV...).

Leading and in charge of circuit measurement, improvement. Leading and define Electrical load and EMC testing implementation & improvement. 原理图和初级PCB布线设计开发，仿真(电机控制,热仿真,电性能仿真等等). 主导并负责产品电路测量和优化.制定并主导产品的电性能&电磁兼容性测试实施和整改.

• Collaboration on product development calculatios. Determination and supervision of material supply, sample production, commissioning of components as well as the definition of Equipment/system for lab in accordance to the customer. 产品开发核算协作。确定和监督材料供应、样品生产、零件试样. 根据客户技术法规要求协助实验室设备/系统的定义.
• New sources especially Chinese resources evaluation and introduction , Establising and documenting (in assistance) of development accompanying type ratings or validation tests, especially EMV and electrical tests. 主导新零件(尤其是国产材料)的评审,导入，创建并归档（协助）等级评估或产品验证测试，特别是电磁兼容和电气测试.
• Permanently guaranted documentation and reporting of project achievments, degree of accomplishment and delivery dates (milestones) as well as taking responsibility for the results at milestone reviews. 永久保证项目达成、完成度和交付日期（里程碑）的文件和报告，并在里程碑式审查中对结果负责.
• Current overview of the market on the basis of relevant techical developments via media, seminars, exhibitions, conferences and trade fairs. Constantly monitoring and controling current of and new MELECS products regarding their technical and economical charasteristics as well as examination of competing products and devices. 通过媒体、研讨会、展览、会议和交易会，整理分析市场。不断监控和控制公司产品的技术和经济性，以及市场竞品分析. Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, master prefered. Engineering Majors， Electrical technology/sciences, Telecommunication Engineering etc.

本科及以上学历, 硕士优先. 工科，电子技术/科学 ， 通讯工程等

• More than 7 years' experience on hardware design, 5 years at least on Automotive electric control products (ECU, E-driver, Lighting Products). Rich experience on ASIL products design (Pump controller, actuator controller, torque management controller...)

7年以上硬件设计工作经验, 至少五年从事汽车电控产品（电控，电驱，汽车照明）设计经验。有丰富的安全整合等级要求的汽车电子产品设计经验(泵类控制器, 执行器控制器, 扭矩管理类控制器...)

• Know analog and digital circuit technology well, be familiar with some kinds of communication protocal(CAN, PWM,LIN...), be familiar with the principle/architecture of microcontroller(ST,Infineon,NXP,Renesas...). 熟练掌握模拟电路与数字电路技术，熟悉各类通讯协议（CAN,PWM, LIN...）， 熟悉单片机（ST，Infineon， NXP， Renesas...）工作原理/架构。
• Well understand/know of the procedure of ASIL, Implement and review (in assistance) circuit design. 了解/掌握ASIL规范，并根据要求进行电路设计的实施，评审（协同）。
• Well know/understand of the procedure of D/PFEMA, APQP, DVP&R,PPAP required by IATF16949, safety requirement of ISO26262 . 熟练掌握IATF16949要求的D/PFEMA， APQP，DVP&R, PPAP等。以及ISO26262安全法规要求.
• Be familiar with technical and regulatory requirement of ECE, SAE, CCC.

熟悉汽车电子产品的ECE，SAE和CCC的汽车法规标准，熟悉相关产品的客户技术要求。

• Well known/used of

CAE tools, e.g. Altium Designer, LTSPICE, Thermal simulation/Analysis… design and simulation software tools. 熟练掌握CAE工具， 例如： Altium Designer, LTSPICE, thermal simulation/analysis等设计以及仿真软件工具.

• Be familiar with some kinds of measurement and analysis equipments and devices.(Vector CAN, PSU, DMM, Spectrometer, oscilloscope... ) 熟练掌握各类测量类，分析类仪表和设备, 比如Vector/NI CAN,电源，万用表，频谱仪，示波器等等
• Skills in establishing and implementing standard development rules, norms and regulations. 制定和实施标准制定规则、规范和条例的技能。
• Fluent English ,both oral and written. 英语能作为工作语言。
