• 负责发动机客户端质量问题的处理与跟进，包括问题调查、分析及闭环管理。
• 主导新品早期质量控制，参与新产品开发流程，协同SQE、设计及新品质量团队确保项目质量目标达成。
• 运用质量工具（如8D、七步法）推动质量问题的根本原因分析与持续改进。
• 对接内外部利益相关方，包括外部客户、服务与销售团队，以及内部的国内外发动机工厂和跨职能团队（SQE、设计、新品质量等）。
• 推动质量改善项目，提升客户满意度与产品可靠性。 任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，机械、车辆工程、动力工程或相关专业背景。
• 5–10年质量工程相关工作经验，具备客户质量相关经验。
• 熟悉发动机结构与工作原理，有发动机行业背景。
• 熟练掌握质量工具，如8D报告、七步法（7-Step Problem Solving）等，具备独立推动问题解决的能力。
• 具备新品开发流程经验，熟悉APQP、PPAP等流程，有设计、ME或质量多角色协作经验者优先。
• 英语流利，可独立与海外团队进行会议沟通与技术交流。
• 出色的沟通协调能力、冲突管理能力与跨团队推动能力，能在复杂组织中驱动改善。 Key Responsibilities
• Customer Issue Management: Manage and follow up on engine customer quality issues, leading investigation, analysis, and ensuring closure.
• New Product Quality: Lead early quality control for new products; participate in the New Product Development (NPD) process and collaborate with SQE, Design, and NPD Quality teams to ensure project quality targets are met.
• Problem Solving: Utilize quality tools (e.g., 8D, 7-Step Problem Solving) to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for quality issues.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including external customers, service and sales teams, as well as internal global engine plants (Domestic & Overseas) and cross-functional teams (SQE, Design, NPD Quality).
• Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability. Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Power Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with specific experience in Customer Quality.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with engine structure and working principles; background in the engine industry is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in quality tools such as 8D Reports and 7-Step Problem Solving; capable of independently driving problem resolution.
• Process Knowledge: Experience in new product development processes, familiar with APQP, PPAP, etc. Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Design, ME, or Quality roles) is preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English, capable of conducting meetings and technical exchanges with overseas teams independently.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict management skills; ability to drive improvement across teams in a complex organization. * Cummins is an equal employment opportunity employer.
