What they need
工作城市：上海/武汉/北京/广州等
出差国家：沙特阿拉伯
要求：可接受长期出差沙特阿拉伯，每次2~3个月
统筹公司海外项目整体交付，对范围、进度、质量和客户满意度负责
统筹前场客户沟通与后场开发管理，确保信息和决策一致
协调PM、BA、架构与开发团队，处理跨Case资源和优先级冲突
主持关键方案、里程碑和风险决策，推动重大问题闭环
面向客户管理层进行英文汇报，维护核心干系人关系
要求：
8年以上ToB或ToG项目经验，具备大型数字化或AI项目领导经验
能够独立面对国际客户高层，英文会议与演示能力优秀
兼具业务判断与技术理解，能在前场沟通和后场交付之间切换
擅长多项目并行管理、范围控制、风险治理和团队辅导
有海外或中东政府项目经验者优先
