该职位来源于猎聘 Major Responsibilities Integrate activities within buying organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support For ranges of commodities respond quickly to any quality assurance issues, be aware of deteriorating or persistent problems, and act decisively to resolve it at a timely manner.

Implement and support the change management process regarding supplier components, including PPAP approval, Run@Rate audit. Develop and implement plans to achieve targeted objectives for TFS suppliers and or bad performance suppliers. Improve quality performance of suppliers by conducting audit, workshops and/or training at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing quality systems, and other manufacturing technical support as required.

Function globally with various staffs and suppliers to coordinate/implement effective and timely resolution to quality issues. Interprets, implements, and administers Nexteer SQ practices, policies & procedures Responsible for second-party auditor competency for IATF16949 and Nexteer global supply management second party audit process Skills and Abilities/Qualification: High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems by 3L5-why,8-D problem solving tools, etc. High level of sense of urgency and problem-solving approach / mindset Technology degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience

Be able to check tooling gauge design and skillful in GD&T Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Highly proficient in desktop computer skills

Must be able and willing to travel internationally, frequently at times. Certification for IATF16949 Bachelor Educational Major- Engineering Able to understand standards and tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC, VDA6.3, Control Plan, etc.
