What they need
工作職責 :
- 執行上司分配的測試工作, 檢查、保養、維修、控制
- 報告大廈的裝備、消防、渠務及一切設施提供有關的記錄
- 負責保養、維修商業大廈各工場及更換損耗的裝備
- 監察及報告租客的裝修工程
- 執行颱風及其他緊急工作
工作資歷 :
- 中三程度; 良好粵語; 懂讀寫中文; 持有平安卡、電工A牌優先考慮;
- 2年工作經驗 (懂處理冷凝, 空調, 具物業管理及大廈保養維修經驗優先考慮)
工作地點：中環甲級商業大廈
工作時間： 08:00 - 17:00
薪金 :每月$28,000 - $30,000
