• Project Implementation In addition to standard SRs (Service Requests), we handle hundreds of non-standard or infrequent SR categories. Key Focus Areas

• Exceptional attention to detail — zero tolerance for human error-induced outages
• Solid English communication skills (written, listening, and spoken)
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework in practice
