關於此職位

本職位負責瀝青拌合廠、預拌混凝土廠及工業冰水機的安裝、試車、故障排除與維修服務。工作內容包含提供客戶技術支援、現場巡檢、設備突發故障搶修，並確保設備運作的安全與高效。

服務工程師需與客戶及營運團隊密切合作，嚴格依照設計規範與操作標準進行設備的安裝與試車上線。

工作職責

• 設備安裝與試車 ：負責預拌混凝土廠、瀝青拌合廠及冰水機系統的安裝與試車。
• 測試與校正 ：在設備點交給客戶前，執行設備測試與校正。
• 系統規格確認 ：確保所有系統皆完全符合技術規格與標準運作。
• 跨單位協調 ：在安裝過程中，與專案團隊及承包商進行協調與合作。

職缺條件:

• 學歷科系 ：專科或大學以上學歷，機械工程、電機工程、機電整合或相關科系畢業。
• 工作經驗 ：具備至少 2 年工業廠房或重型設備維修保養經驗。
• 產業經驗 ：具備預拌混凝土廠、瀝青拌合廠或工業冰水機相關經驗者佳。
• 自動化知識 ：具備 PLC 系統及工業自動化知識者尤佳（加分條件）。
• 故障排除 ：具備優秀的機電系統故障排除能力。
• 設備熟悉度 ：熟悉馬達、幫浦、壓縮機、輸送帶、燃燒機及各式控制系統。
• 識圖能力 ：能熟練閱讀機電與機械設計圖面。
• 系統知識 ：具備壓縮機與空壓/氣動系統的專業知識。
• 語言能力 ：精通中文口語與書面表達能力（聽說讀寫流利）。
• 出差意願 ：願意配合海外出差至專案案場及客戶端。
• 駕照 ：具備有效之普通小型車駕照。

About the role

The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and Service of Asphalt plants, concrete batching plants & industrial chillers. The role includes technical support for customers, on-site inspections, breakdown response, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.

The Service Engineer works closely with customers & operations teams to install & commission the equipment according to the designed and operating standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and commission concrete batching plants, asphalt plants, and chiller systems.
• Conduct equipment testing and calibration before handover.
• Ensure all systems operate according to technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors during installation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing industrial plants or heavy equipment.
• Experience with concrete batching plants, asphalt plants, or industrial chillers preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, burners, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of compressors & pneumatic systems.
• Willing to travel overseas to project sites and customer locations.
• Possess valid driving license
