该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Development & Compliance Develop and refine the Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System.

Ensure legislative compliance with relevant laws and McCormick practices.

• Leadership and initiatives Lead OH&S initiatives and projects based on Risk Management and Audit priorities. Develop key policies and procedures for safety and environmental activities.
• Measurement & Improvement Develop and promote safety and environment measures and metrics. Provide and analyse data on utility, energy, and solid waste usage. Identify and initiate sustainable improvements.
• Communication & Training Ensure effective communication and consultation through safety committees. Conduct training and presentations on health and safety matter and accident prevention.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance Monitoring Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities for risk and legal adherence Monitor compliance by inspecting employees and operations. -
• China Leadership and Development Evaluate and improves practices, Safety Management system, and facilities for risk and legal adherence for all China factories and DC’s
• Incident Management and Reporting Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims. Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics. REQUIREMENTS： -
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, Health & Environment studies, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety or related field. -
• 10+ years Environment Health & Safety experience. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a management or leadership position.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Food Processing Industry preferred -
• Must demonstrate technical and practical knowledge working with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other relevant legislation -
• Requires the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and manage projects -
• Requires a high attention to detail
