About the role
Based in Kuching, Sarawak（工作地点：古晋）
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sea freight export booking, B/L confirmation, cost settlement, and account reconciliation
- Coordinate with sales/marketing to handle shipment documents from start to finish (one-stop service)
- Respond to client inquiries regarding import/export logistics and shipment processes
- Organize and archive shipping documents and paperwork
- Handle customer complaints, disputes, and other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Chinese, English, and Malay(HQ in China)
- Proficient in computer office software (MS Office, Excel)
