该职位来源于猎聘 1、在一定指导和协助下，开展寡核苷酸的合成、制备工作，以支撑小核酸药物的研发和探索工作 2、熟练使用寡核苷酸合成设备（Dr. Oligo 48, Dr. Oligo 192, 和Mermade 12等合成仪），完成日常合成工作，探索和优化合成条件，解决合成中遇到的问题, 并维护仪器日常使用 3、熟练使用分析设备（HPLC、LC-MS等）进行寡核苷酸质量分析 4、协助更新和完善寡核苷酸合成的流程规范(SOP) 5、参与寡核苷酸纯化、制剂制备等其他工作 6、与各团队密切合作，协同推进项目进展，满足各项目发展需求 任职条件： 1、有机化学、药物化学、化学工程等相关专业本科学历 2、对有机合成有深入理解
3、具有独立分析问题、解决问题的能力 4、积极主动的计划、安排、推进项目进展 5、具有出众的沟通能力、英语表达能力、和报告技巧 6、具备优秀的团队合作能力，可以在多学科团队中发挥作用并成长
