SITE ADMIN/ 工地行政

We are looking for a responsible and organised Site Administrator to support our construction project site and liaise closely with Chinese-speaking colleagues and project team members.

我们正在寻找一名认真、有责任心、做事有条理的工地行政人员，负责协助项目现场行政工作，并需要与中国籍同事及项目团队进行日常沟通与协调。

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Handle daily site administration and documentation
  负责工地日常行政及文件处理
• Coordinate and communicate with Chinese-speaking project team members
  与中国籍项目团队成员进行日常沟通及协调
• Assist with project documents, reports and records
  协助处理项目文件、报告及记录
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
  与分包商、供应商及现场人员进行协调
• Maintain attendance and other site-related records
  负责员工出勤及其他工地相关记录
• Assist the project team with general administrative matters
  协助项目团队处理日常行政事务
• Perform other duties assigned by the management
  完成管理层安排的其他工作

Requirements / 任职要求

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  欢迎应届毕业生申请。
• Diploma / Certificate in Administration, Business, Construction or related field will be an advantage
  持有行政、商业、建筑或相关领域文凭/证书者优先
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  能够使用中文, 马来语及英文进行日常沟通。
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Chinese-speaking colleagues
  能够与中国籍同事进行有效沟通及协调
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  熟悉 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel 和 Word
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
  有责任心、做事有条理并愿意学习
• Able to work at project site in Johor Bahru
  能够在柔佛新山项目现场工作
