負責職務：
- 常駐及管理地盤日常運作
- 監督施工進度, 視察, 評估及報告施工現場狀況
- 協助監控施工安全及質量
- 協助規劃工程工作
- 協調並解決現場施工問題
- 協助流程編製及地盤文件整理、物料驗收
- 協助安排人手調配及指導工人
- 記錄地盤工作進度
- 安排及紀錄地盤日程及會議
- 處理非辦公時間地盤突發事件
要求：
- T.I. / IVE / 工業學院 其他學院 有關建造證書或文憑課程
- 三年或以上建造工作經驗
- 持有 TCP T1 證書者優先
- 良好粵語，能閲讀及書寫中文及懂簡單英文書寫
- 懂電腦Office操作
