工作職責：
推動鄰里及義工關懷長期病患者，協助他們建立支援網絡
策劃及帶領小組、活動
帶領手工義工小組
支援中心日常運作
處理文書、接待及聯絡等工作
職位要求：
中六或以上程度
待人熱誠、主動、富責任感
具一年或以上社會服務或長者服務經驗者優先考慮
熟悉電腦操作（WORD、EXCEL、中文輸入等）
每週工作40小時（不包括用膳時間）;按活動需耍編排半日/全日工作
工作地點： 秀茂坪
