该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、全面负责 SMT 工艺工程科所有产品的工作; 2、部门团队日常管理、人员绩效，引导本部完成领导指定的生产品质目标达成及管理; 3、负责调节、维护客户端、供应商端技术团队的工作衔接和对应，问题反馈与沟通，客户需求服务; 4、健全部门技术管理流程、制度和工艺标准，带领团队在技术上创新、引进、外训学习，工艺技术改良优化，快速响应制程改善提升，实现系统化、自动化、防滞化; 任职资格 1、本科学历以上，熟知电子产品制造流程; 2、8年以上 SMT制造工厂工程技术和现场管理经验，熟知手机、平板、穿戴产品技术优先; 3、熟悉使用办公软件、熟悉相关自动化设备; 4、沟通协调能力强，良好组织和沟通能力，有五年以上的团队管理经验
