🤝 Basic Salary: RM6,000 – RM10,000+ per month (Negotiable based on experience) 底薪（面议，视经验而定）

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C# programming, industrial communication protocols, and system integration, with a focus on delivering reliable and high-performance automation solutions. 💼 工作内容 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation software for industrial machines especially in AOI machine
• Develop motion control solutions for servo systems, robotics, and precision machinery
• Integrate industrial devices using communication protocols such as EtherCAT, Modbus, PROFINET, or OPC UA
• Lead system in modular design architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, safety compliance, and version control
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver turnkey automation solutions
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting
• Optimize machine performance, cycle time, and efficiency
• Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user manuals
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers

🎯 任职要求 Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Mechatronics, or related field
2. Preferably 3 to 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or machine building and able to work independently
3. Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP, PROFINET, etc.)
4. Experience with motion control systems (servo drives, stepper motors, robotics integration)
5. Strong programming skill in C#, .Net, WPF
6. Familiarity with integration technologies (MES)
7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
8. Experience in create, manipulate and query databases (SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Access etc)
9. Hardware troubleshooting (AC and DC Electrical Component)
10. Full professional fluency in English and Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively bridge communication with regional stakeholders and China-based teams.
11. Proven minimum 3 years of experience within the Semiconductor industry.
12. High tolerance for flexibility and the ability to thrive and handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced, high pressure, and ever-changing environment.
13. Ability to demonstrate good judgment in routine, day-to-day decisions while maintaining high personal work standards
14. Hardworking and resilient, able to adapt to business travel (overseas/international) and overtime(travel allowance and OT pay provided)
15. Short notice period preferred (Immediate starters or candidates with 1-to-2-month notice).
