解决方案主管 Solution Design Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述 / Responsibilities: 1. 端到端仓储解决方案设计：理解客户需求，完成仓库流程/布局/资源配置设计，输出可落地方案 | End-to-end warehouse solution design: translate customer requirements into practical process/layout/resource plans; 2. 成本模型与商业方案：搭建运营/成本模型，形成有竞争力的方案与报价逻辑，并推动内部评审/签核 | Build operating & cost models, shape a competitive proposal, and drive internal review/sign-off; 3. 方案呈现与关键相关方共识：准备高质量PPT材料，向客户/内部关键方进行方案汇报并推动决策 | Prepare strong presentation materials and present solutions to clients/internal stakeholders for decision making; 4. 项目落地与交付管理：牵头实施方案，与内外部团队协同，确保按时、按预算交付并满足客户体验 | Lead implementation with internal/external stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget and with client satisfaction; 5. 持续改进/效率提升：基于数据分析识别改善机会，推动生产力提升与KPI管理 | Drive continuous improvement through data collection/analysis and KPI management; 任职要求 / Requirements: 1. 本科及以上，物流/供应链/工程等相关背景优先

| Bachelor’s degree or above (Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering preferred); 2. 三年以上合同物流投标（RFQ）/解决方案设计/成本建模经验

| 3+ years in contract logistics tender desk (RFQ), solution design & cost modelling. 3. 熟悉仓储与物流运营逻辑；具备结构化拆解问题和落地能力 | Strong understanding of warehouse/logistics operations; structured problem-solving with execution mindset; 4. Excel建模与PPT呈现能力强（AutoCAD加分） | Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint storytelling skills (AutoCAD is a plus);

• 熟练英文能力，可用于邮件、文档与跨部门沟通/汇报
