- 持香港註冊中醫師資格
- 具 5 年或以上臨床經驗優先，經驗較淺者歡迎申請 計劃主任職位
- 具學校、NGO或社區服務經驗優先
- 具良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力
- 對教師身心健康及精神健康推廣工作有熱誠
- 具責任感、能獨立工作及具團隊合作精神
- 為教師及服務對象提供中醫諮詢及健康評估
- 設計及推行與中醫養生、痛症管理、壓力管理及睡眠健康相關之講座、工作坊及小組
- 為學校及機構提供到校服務
- 協助發展及優化中醫身心健康服務內容
- 與團隊內社工及其他專業人員協作推動全人健康服務
- 協助服務推廣及專業內容撰寫報告/計劃書
- 按工作安排需要，或需於星期六或星期日當值工作
- 工作地點：(日間服務) 灣仔及按服務需要到校工作
