What they need
須具認可言語及聽覺科學學位或以上學歷，3年或以上言語治療師工作經驗，具評估、制定及執行與言語治療相關工作經驗；具長者外展或社區服務工作經驗可優先考慮
主要負責為區內具吞嚥風險長者及其照顧者提供支援服務，帶領團隊於社區推廣認識吞嚥障礙教育工作及統籌吞嚥復康服務，包括：評估個案、制定預防性及教育性治療計劃及為照顧者提供培訓；督導員工及提供前線社區外展及到戶工作
良好溝通及協作能力、能獨立工作及團隊合作精神
工作地點：屯門、元朗及沙田
