• Develop process in qualifying suppliers, put in place quality audits and checks to ensure Consistency in material supply. 建立合格供应商的筛选流程，实施质量审核和检查，以确保材料供应的一致性
• Ensure all incoming and production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate. 确保所有来自供应商的来料及生产关键问题得到及时解决，并根据情况实施相应的纠正措施
• Establish an annual audit plan for key suppliers, and lead the audits based on the plan 制定关键供应商的年度审计计划，并根据计划主导开展审计工作
• Monthly/ Quarterly review the supplier performance, and drive the continuous improvement. 每月/每季度评审供应商绩效，并推动持续改进。
• Material database establishment and maintenance, such as the TDS, MSDS, SGS reports; 材料数据库的建立与维护，例如TDS、MSDS、SGS报告；
• Other duties assigned by quality manager; 上级安排的其他工作 任职要求： 1、Bachelor degree or equivalent

大学或同等学历 2、5+ years working experience in related manufacturing industry, and supplier quality management. 5年以上相关制造业及供应商质量管理领域的工作经验。 3、Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical skills, in regards to statistics needed for quality tools (8D, 5 why, FMEA, SPC, QCP, etc.).

具备扎实的分析能力，熟悉质量工具（如8D、5 Why、FMEA、SPC、QCP等）所需的统计知识。 4、Good communication skills mainly to communicate with the suppliers and internal operation team. 具备良好的沟通能力，主要与供应商及内部运营团队进行有效沟通。 5、Good English skill in both written and oral. 良好的书面和口头英语能力。
