• NPI & Supplier Certification 新产品导入与供应商认证 Lead new supplier qualification activities, review and approve PPAP submissions, coordinate PFA/FAI validation, and ensure supplier manufacturing processes and products consistently meet corporate quality requirements. 参与新供应商导入与资格认证，审核供应商 PPAP 资料并跟踪 PFA/FAI 认可，确保供应商产品及制造过程符合公司质量要求。
• OEM/ODM suppliers quality management 供应商质量管理 Managed OEM/ODM supplier quality development, qualification, and performance evaluation. Established and maintained Supplier Quality Scorecards to monitor supplier performance. Conducted regular supplier quality reviews and drove corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Deployed process audits of the key suppliers to keep suppliers maintain the high quality level 负责 OEM/ODM 供应商的质量开发、评估与日常管理；建立并维护供应商质量绩效评价体系（如 Scorecard）；定期组织质量评审，推动持续 改进；对关键供应商开展现场及过程审核。
• In coming & process material quality issue management 来料与制程质量异常处理 Drive the analysis and resolution of incoming and in-process quality nonconformities, oversee supplier 8D problem-solving activities from review to closure, and monitor the execution and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall quality performance. 负责来料及制程质量异常的分析与处置，主导供应商 8D 报告的审核与关闭，并跟踪纠正和预防措施的落实及有效性。
• Supplier Quality Risk and Performance Management 供应商质量风险与绩效管理 Lead supplier quality risk management by monitoring key performance metrics such as PPM, LRR, and issue closure effectiveness, conducting risk assessments, and driving dedicated improvement programs to enhance the quality performance and capability of high-risk suppliers. 监控供应商 PPM、LRR 及问题关闭率等质量 KPI，识别质量风险，并针对高风险供应商制定和推进专项改善计划。
• Customer Complaint Support and Quality Improvement 客户投诉支持与质量改进 Support customer complaint investigations by coordinating suppliers to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, and drive continuous reduction of customer complaints and incoming quality defects. 支持客户投诉调查，组织供应商开展问题分析与改善，推动跨部门改善项目落地，持续降低客户投诉率和来料不良率。 Position Requirements / 任职要求 l Education and Major Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or other relevant disciplines. Candidates with relevant quality management or supplier quality experience are preferred. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，机械、电子、材料、工业工程、质量管理等相关专业优先。 l Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) or quality management. Experience in managing OEM/ODM suppliers within the electrical industry is preferred. 工作经验：具备 3 年以上 SQE 或质量管理经验；具有电气行业 OEM/ODM 供应商管理经验者优先。 l Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, Control Plan (CP), Six Sigma, and statistical analysis techniques.
