该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.与工程团队沟通合作，跨部门进行协作产品工程事务 2.主导产品实现全流程，包括业务需求分析、产品成本核算及其产品质量管控等工作 3.基于客户需求，就报价请求（RFQ）与客户进行对接沟通，提供技术支持 4.提供工程技术解决方案，并负责后续的技术优化维护工作 5.负责新产品导入（NPI）管理，确保产品开发工作顺利推进 ，包括产品样品试产到量产全过程 6.持续改善，开发周期早期预判并规避质量问题 7.运用经验教训改进设计，通过预测方法预防早期质量问题 8.推动封装项目，优化工厂自动化 任职要求： 1.电子工程/电气工程本科及以上学历 2.5年以上半导体封装工艺开发经验 3.熟悉Flip Chip/WLCSP/BGA等先进封装技术 4.具备DOE实验设计和SPC过程控制能力 5.精通AutoCAD/SolidWorks等工程软件 6.英语CET-4及以上，能进行技术文档编写 7.具有6Sigma绿带认证者优先 8.主导过量产项目经验者优先
