Sr. R&D Manager/ 高级工程经理

该职位来源于猎聘 一.工作职责

• Lead small R & D team with 3 subordinates. 领导3人左右的R&D小组；
• Manage key projects and communicate daily on engineering and electronic points according to designed technology and function requirement. 管理项目及根据需求日常沟通工程及电子方面事宜；
• Work with suppliers on RFQs and ensure that technical, engineering and quality requirement are adequately defined and communicated to supplier. 与供应商负责RFQ的报价活动。确保技术，工程和品质要求被准确适当地传达到供应商
• Monitor current commodity market conditions, technology roadmap, and identify supply/demand challenges. 监控产品，物料及配件市场行情，创意技术发展方向及面临的挑战；
• Develop /Improve supplier performance and Collaborates internally and externally as required to optimize supply chain results 建设和发展供应商的表现。对内对外优化供应链产出。 二.任职要求：
• Bachelor‘s degree or above with major in related discipline； 学士或以上同等学历 ，优异者可放宽学历要求；
• More than 10 years of work experience in project management. 10年以上工作经验；
• Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral. CET-6 or PET-4 English certificate or equivalent level. 有书写及口头良好的英文沟通技巧，具有四级及同级别水平；
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill, negotiation skill and project leading skill； 良好的个人沟通特质，谈判技巧及带领管理项目的能力；
• Familiar with commercial terms, customs regulation in US & EU countries as well as strong knowledge in manufacturing process. 熟悉商务条件及欧美市场法律法规，熟悉生产流程；
• Familiar with supply chain of STEM Toys, Electronics products is plus. 熟悉科普玩具和电子产品供应链优先。
