What they need
職責
- 一般客戶服務查詢(聯絡客人有關送貨安排、處理客戶查詢或投訴)、資料輸入、訂單跟進等
- 負責與物流團隊合作處理送貨安排，協助管理物流車隊
- 處理車隊系統及文件
要求
- 中五或以上程度及1-2年有關工作經驗
- 具有基本電腦操作知識(MS Word, Excel)及懂中文打字
- 具責任感、能獨立工作及解決問題
- 工作地點： 粉嶺
