岗位职责

技术执行：
执行日常汽车保养工作，包括更换机油、刹车维修、更换轮胎及冷却系统清洗等。

高级诊断：
使用诊断工具高效识别机械及电气故障。

质量控制：
监督及检查初级技师的工作，确保所有服务符合 Tuhu 的安全与质量标准。

故障排除：
处理复杂问题，包括变速箱、悬挂系统及发动机部件（如冷却线圈、ABS 泵）等。

车间管理：
保持工作环境整洁、有序及安全。

客户沟通：
在必要时向客户或服务顾问简要解释技术问题，以提高透明度。

任职要求

工作经验：
至少 3–5 年汽车维修与保养相关经验。

技能要求：
熟悉主要汽车品牌（如 Honda、Mazda、Nissan、Toyota，以及 Perodua/Proton）。

资格认证：
持有 SKM（马来西亚技能证书）二级/三级或汽车工程文凭者优先。

工作态度：
勤奋守时，具备团队精神，并能以身作则带领团队。

语言能力：
能使用马来语沟通；具备基础英语或中文能力者优先。

​Job Overview

​We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Car Service Foreman to join the Tuhu Car Care team. As a key member of a leading automotive service network, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality maintenance services, diagnosing technical issues accurately, and maintaining the professional standards our customers expect.

​Responsibilities

• ​Technical Execution: Perform routine car maintenance including oil changes, brake services, tire replacements, and coolant system flushes.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• ​Quality Control: Supervise and inspect the work of junior technicians to ensure all services meet Tuhu’s safety and quality protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Address complex issues involving gearboxes, suspension systems, and engine components (e.g., cooling coils, ABS pumps).
• Workshop Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Customer Interaction: Briefly explain technical issues to customers or service advisors when necessary to provide transparency.

​Requirements

• ​Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• ​Skillset: Strong knowledge of major car brands (e.g., Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, and Perodua/Proton).
• Certification: SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) Level 2/3 or a Diploma in Automotive Engineering is highly
• ​preferred.​Mindset: Hardworking, punctual, and a team player who can lead by example.
• ​Language: Ability to speak Bahasa Melayu; Basic English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
