- 協助策劃及推行學校身心健康活動、講座、工作坊及小組
- 為教師及服務使用者提供個案支援及跟進服務
- 聯繫學校及合作夥伴，協調服務安排
- 協助設計宣傳及推廣工作
- 撰寫活動報告、服務統計及行政文件
- 支援服務發展及新計劃推行
- 按工作安排需要，或需於星期六或星期日當值工作
- 工作地點：(日間服務) 灣仔及按服務需要到校工作
