- 註冊社工，持有社工文憑或以上學歷
- 香港中學文憑試五科合格 (包括中英文) 或同等學歷
- 有兒童及青年工作經驗優先
- 具備運動或青年新興文化優先
- 富責任感、主動積極、良好溝通能力以及獨立處事能力
- 策劃及帶領中心小組及活動
- 負責學校支援活動，包括成長性、輔導性的小組以及課託服務
- 參與單位兒童及青年活化工作，配合大型計劃發展
- 與區內學校及社區持份者聯繫
- 每周工作 44 小時 (需輪班)
- 五天工作
- 主要工作地點為柴灣區，亦有需要外出到不同地區工作
