职位概述

现诚聘 招聘经理（猎头顾问） 加入香港团队。

该岗位需要具备成熟360度招聘经验，并熟悉或有志深耕香港市场的猎头顾问。候选人需能够独立管理客户与招聘全流程，并在跨区域业务中创造价值。

工作职责

• 负责中高端岗位的全流程（360°）招聘
• 聚焦香港地区 开展业务拓展与客户、候选人管理
• 为客户提供区域市场洞察、人才策略及招聘建议
• 主导候选人寻访、评估、谈判及入职跟进
• 建立并维护长期稳定的客户及候选人关系，支持跨境人才流动

任职要求

• 最近3–8年的猎头经验，具备成熟 360° 招聘背景
• 有本地财务、金融、保险、HR、IT技术猎头经验者优先
• 具备良好的业务拓展能力及商业敏感度
• 普通话或粤语为母语，英语熟练能够作为日常工作语言

The Opportunity

We are hiring Talent Managers to join our Hong Kong team.

This role focuses on supporting Hong Kong business expansion and is suited to experienced 360° recruiters who are familiar with or interested in developing cross-border recruitment across Hong Kong markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end (360°) recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
• Develop and manage client relationships across Hong Kong & South China
• Provide market insights, particularly on the Hong Kong talent landscape , and advise on hiring strategies
• Lead candidate sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, supporting cross-border talent mobility

Requirements

• Recent 3–10 years of external recruitment experience with a solid 360° track record
• Exposure to Commerce Finance, Financial Services, Insurance, FS Operations and Technology recruitment is highly preferred
• Strong business development capability and commercial acumen
• Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese is required as a primary working language, with professional English proficiency;
