该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 熟悉IGBT、SiC等功率器件结构及工作原理； 2. 负责功率器件性能及系统级应用测试，搭建测试平台、解决测试问题； 3. 分析产品性能，定位设计缺陷，联合研发优化产品设计； 4. 协助客户故障进行根因分析，解决客户端应用技术问题； 5. 编写相关技术文档、测试报告及应用指南，为内部和客户提供必要的技术支持。 任职要求： 1.硕士及以上学历 2.微电子、半导体、电子电气类、通信工程、机械结构、自动化、材料、集成电路等相关专业 3.较强的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神 4.有良好的逻辑思维能力，善于分析问题与解决问题
