该职位来源于猎聘 1. 至少6年FAB 研发岗位工作经验(具有先进工艺研发经验者优先); 2. 集成电路，物理，材料化学等相关理工科专业硕士及以上学历； 3. 熟悉半导体物理，半导体器件(Flash，CMOS，LDMOS等)工作原理; 4. 熟悉65nm以上IC制造工艺流程，熟悉半导体各个模组的特点; 5. 具备扎实的数字、模拟电路基础，熟悉存储器芯片的工作原理和设计方法； 6. 熟悉存储器功能测试和可靠性产品相关知识; 7. 具备一定编程能力者(Python,VBA等)更优.
