Technical Project Manager（设备开发+新品工艺）

工作职责:

• Machine requirements specification, schedules (PWorx), machine budget (V_ist, PMD), acceptance records (FS-03285/PWorx), project logbook (preferably PWorx). 编制设备需求规格、项目进度计划 (PWorx)、设备预算 (V_ist, PMD)、验收记录 (FS‑03285/PWorx) 及项目日志（优先使用 PWorx 系统）。
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements (e.g. VDA/SQS; PFMEA; EPP, if required). 确保符合相关质量要求（如 VDA/SQS、PFMEA、必要时 EPP）。
• capable of composing technical specification for new machines according to product and process standard requirement 能够依据产品及工艺标准要求编制新设备技术规格书。
• lead all tasks with project team and ensure timing/quality and cost KPI's 带领项目团队完成各项工作，确保进度、质量及成本 KPI 达成。
• Conducting and documenting project reviews 组织项目评审并做评审记录。
• create & support manufaturing documents (WI,MPS, MSI,MPS...) 编制并协助完善制造类文件（作业指导书 WI、制造工艺规范 MPS、机器操作说明 MSI 等）。
• Supporting ramp‑up management and a structured handover to the plant, including KPI monitoring and initiation of optimization measures during ramp‑up. 协助试产爬坡管理及向工厂规范化移交工作，包含爬坡阶段 KPI 监控并推动实施优化措施。
• Supporting for training operator‘s skill of machine operation and change over during ramp up 在试产爬坡阶段协助开展设备操作与换型的操作工技能培训。
• Support analyze the root cause of customer complaint related to the manufacturing 协助分析与制造相关客户投诉的根本原因。
• Support analyze the production data to firgure out root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, cost related to the manufacturing engineering 协助分析生产数据，定位制造工程相关的报废、生产效率、停机时间及成本问题的根本原因。
• Coordinate optimization projects with process team e.g. improving CT, tools and consumable material consumption, energy consumption/.... 协同工艺团队推进优化项目，例如改善节拍 CT、工装及耗材消耗、能耗等。
• Participation in standardization and optimization projects (retrofit, upgrade, standard interfaces). 参与标准化及优化项目（设备改造、升级、标准接口等）。
• ensure required output and technical KPI within project phase 保障项目阶段内的交付产出及技术 KPI 达成。
• support product quality and manage risks during industrializaiton and Ramp up Phase 在工业化及试产爬坡阶段保障产品质量并开展风险管控。
• other tasks assigned by supervisor 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

任职条件:

• Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or similar 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing engineering 至少 3 年制造工程领域项目管理工作经验。
• Experience in process engineering or automation is preferred 具备工艺工程或自动化相关经验者优先。
• Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, AutoCAD) 熟练使用相关办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Project、AutoCAD）。
• Be fluent in English 英语听说读写流利。
