崗位職責

客戶接待與簽單全流程服務

• 負責來客的接待，核對客戶信息，做好客戶KYC；
• 準備客戶簽署文件，與客戶會面，講解產品結構和使用說明；
• 陪同客戶完成簽約過程；
• 完成保單數據的系統上傳及下一流程的交互；
• 處理簽單過程中的各類突發狀況。

合規與風險管理

• 配合合規部完成保單檢驗及AML相關要求。

團隊協作與成長

• 參與簽單員團隊日常溝通與信息同步；
• 後期可成長承擔更重要的運營管理或業務支持職責。

任職要求

硬性條件：

• 持有香港保險銷售牌照（1、3、5號），可在水滴金融掛牌；
• 學歷本科及以上；
• 2年以上香港保險簽單／代理相關工作經驗，熟悉保險簽單全流程及各保司操作規範，熟悉各主流保司（安盛、宏利、保誠、友邦、中國人壽海外等）電子投保系統操作；
• 熟悉各類保險產品結構；
• 精通普通話、粵語，具備基本英語溝通能力；
• 每年完成IA要求的CPD學分。

軟性素質：

• 良好的客戶接待能力與溝通技巧，能應對客戶各種突發狀況；
• 優秀的保單銷售配合技巧，能共同推動保單最終成功簽署；
• 抗壓能力強；
• 具備合規意識與風險敏感度。

工作條件：

• 週末輪休值班（每月約1–2次），可工作日調休；
• 需處理非工作日簽單需求。

Job Responsibilities

Client Reception and Full Policy Signing Process

• Receive visiting clients, verify client information and complete client KYC;
• Prepare client signing documents, meet with clients, and explain product structures and instructions for use;
• Accompany clients throughout the signing process;
• Complete the system upload of policy data and the handover to the next process;
• Handle various unexpected situations during the signing process.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Cooperate with the Compliance Department to complete policy inspections and AML-related requirements.

Team Collaboration and Development

• Participate in the signing team’s daily communication and information synchronisation;
• Have the opportunity to take on more important operational management or business support responsibilities in the future.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Hold Hong Kong insurance sales licences (Papers 1, 3 and 5) and be able to register under Waterdrop Financial;
• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least two years of relevant experience in Hong Kong insurance policy signing/agency work; familiar with the full insurance policy signing process and the operating procedures of different insurance companies; familiar with the electronic application systems of major insurance companies, including AXA, Manulife, Prudential, AIA and China Life Overseas;
• Familiar with the structures of different types of insurance products;
• Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic English communication skills;
• Complete the CPD credits required by the IA every year.

Soft Skills:

• Good client reception and communication skills, with the ability to handle various unexpected client situations;
• Excellent policy sales coordination skills and the ability to jointly facilitate the successful signing of policies;
• Strong ability to work under pressure;
• Compliance awareness and risk sensitivity.

Working Conditions:

• Weekend rotating shifts approximately one to two times per month, with time off on weekdays;
• Required to handle policy signing needs on non-working days.
