What they need
工作內容：
- 負責帶領及安排團隊，執行各項設備，包括電力系統、冷氣空調、消防系統及三行工作的日常檢查、保養及維修。
- 管理團隊的人手編排及工作分配。
- 監督外判承辦商的機電維修進度。
- 協助監督機電系統的測試及校測，確保設備運作正常。
- 執行部門主管指派的其他工程相關工作。
入職要求：
- 持相關工程證書及文憑
- 具5年或以上物業維修管理經驗
- 需持有電牌
工作時間
- 五天工作 (需輪班)
