基本要求：

• 中文沟通流利

荷兰语能够进行日常及专业技术沟通

• 持有荷兰认可的 电工相关证书/资质

• 具备电气、光伏、储能、逆变器或新能源行业相关经验

• 能够独立处理安装、调试、故障排查等技术问题

• 能够前往客户或安装项目现场提供技术支持

• 具有良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识

• 有光伏、储能系统或电池行业经验者优先

💼 主要工作内容

• 为荷兰客户、安装商及合作伙伴提供技术支持

• 协助储能系统、逆变器等产品的安装、调试及问题排查

• 必要时前往项目现场提供技术指导

• 分析并解决产品运行过程中出现的技术问题

• 收集客户反馈，并与中国总部技术团队进行沟通

• 协助进行产品培训、安装培训及技术资料支持

• 支持荷兰及欧洲市场的售前和售后技术工作

ESYsunhome is Hiring in the Netherlands | Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to local customers, installers and business partners.

📍 Location: Netherlands

💼 Position: Technical Support Engineer

🌐 Working languages: Chinese + Dutch

🔧 Dutch electrical qualification/certification required

🔎 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Chinese technical professional based in the Netherlands , with a strong electrical background and the ability to provide both remote and on-site technical support.

Requirements:

• Fluent Mandarin

Good Dutch communication skills, including technical communication

• Valid Dutch-recognized electrical qualification/certification

• Experience in electrical engineering, solar PV, energy storage, inverters or renewable energy

• Ability to independently handle installation, commissioning and troubleshooting

• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites when required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience with PV systems, battery storage or energy management systems is a strong plus

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, installers and partners in the Netherlands

• Support the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of energy storage systems and inverters

• Provide on-site technical guidance when required

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Collect customer feedback and communicate with our technical team in China

• Support product training, installer training and technical documentation

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the Dutch and European markets
