您的影响力

• 根据产品系统、模块、PCBA 和组件层级需求，制定、评估并开发制造测试方案；定义各类测试工站的技术规范，在测试覆盖率和测试效率之间取得最佳平衡。
• 基于 NI LabVIEW 平台并遵循 Heartstream 测试框架，设计、开发、验证、维护和升级测试工站；整合仪器设备及驱动程序，与研发团队、跨职能团队和第三方合作伙伴协作，确保测试方案按时、高效且经济地部署。
• 以严谨的态度分析测试结果，识别产品缺陷；通过系统化调试方法定位根本原因，并监控需求覆盖率、测试方案有效性、测试执行情况以及缺陷发现与关闭等关键指标。
• 与开发人员及其他工程师紧密合作，通过清晰沟通和详尽的问题描述推进问题排查与解决，确保缺陷得到高效处理。
• 参与系统集成活动，通过分析已有数据跟踪项目进展，识别潜在风险，评估产品发布准备度和质量水平，并从测试角度提供专业建议。
• 通过支持测试自动化框架建设、开发可重复使用的测试工具，并与团队协作推动测试自动化的应用，提高整体测试效率。
• 根据 Heartstream 质量体系要求，确保相关工作符合监管法规和质量管理要求。

Your impact:

• Address, evaluate, develop manufacturing test plan, based on product’s system/module/PCBA/component level requirements. Define the specifications for different test stations with these requirements, balance the test coverage and efficiency.
• Design, develop, validate, maintenance and upgrade the test stations based on NI Labview aligned with Heartstreams' testing frameworks, integrate instrument, equipment and driver, partnering with R&D, cross function team and/or third parties, ensuring on-time deployments with robust, cost effective and productivity.
• Analyzes test results with a critical eye to identify defects, diagnose root causes through systematic debugging techniques, and monitors key progress indicators such as requirement coverage, test protocol effectiveness, test execution, and defect identification and closure.
• Collaborates effectively with developers and other engineers to troubleshoot identified issues through clear communication, providing detailed information about identified defects, and working collaboratively to achieve efficient defect resolution
• Participates in system integration activities, observing available data to monitor progress, identify risk, and judge release readiness and quality and provides valuable insights from a testing perspective.
• Contributes to increased efficiency by supporting the creation of test automation frameworks for repetitive tasks, developing reusable test tool, and collaborating with colleagues to integrate automation into the overall testing process.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance according to Heartstream’s quality system.

• You’ll thrive in the role if:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation or equivalent.
• Min 5 years’ experience developing test and measurement systems using modular instrumentation and NI Labview is a must.
• Familiar with NPI process and manufacturing test environment of electronic products.
• A background in both hardware and software
• Knowledge of DUT/Instruments interactive/control and test system integrated
• LabView programming skills is essential
• Previous employment in either the medical device or automotive industry is preferred
• A proven track record in working with cross-functional development teams to ensure timely and effective deployment of test solutions is a must.
