Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Sales Management

• Manage day-to-day eShop operations, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional setups.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, tracking key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and ROI.
• Optimize product pages (SEO) with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
• Implement sales strategies like bundling, upselling, and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search (Google Ads), Social Media (Meta, Instagram, TikTok), and Email Marketing.
• Create engaging content and marketing copy for newsletters, social media posts, and homepage banners.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to ensure a low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Coordinate promotional events, such as seasonal sales, holiday campaigns, and exclusive online flash sales.

User Experience & Analytics

• Enhance the customer journey on the eShop to reduce cart abandonment and improve the overall user experience (UX).
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to generate weekly and monthly reports on traffic trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, tools, and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Carousell or HKTVmall).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, creative problem-solver, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (and Cantonese/Mandarin depending on your target market).

• Brand product marketing experience is a must for Officer post Less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant.
