该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 落实Fab或封装原材供应商质量管控, 确保原材供应质量稳定, 针对发生的质量异常得到及时有效处置。职责主要包括： 1. 原材类新厂商质量体系评估、审核; 2. 原材类厂商日常绩效评估/改善/提升; 3. 原材类厂商审核计划制定、审核执行; 4. 原材类厂商物料质量监控/辅导/提升,包括,年度质量目标/SPC/QQR/CIP等; 5. 原材类厂商质量异常处置、改善追踪； 6. 原材类厂商变更管理; 7. 原材类厂商淘汰管理; 8. 上级交办的其它事项; 任职要求： 1.硕士及以上学历，理工类相关专业 2.较强的安全环保意识 3.熟悉半导体的前后道工艺流程;半导体相关材料制程管控知识 4.熟悉工厂常规质量管控方法/流程(从来料到出货),掌握常用质量工具 5.熟练掌握供应商审核方法、技巧,例如VDA6.3 6.良好的英语听说读写能力； 7.良好的人际关系协调沟通能力、报告总结技巧、语言沟通技巧
