Treasury (English Speaker)

Purpose:

• 准确、及时地管理和监控PT Jide Electric Indonesia的日常现金流、银行交易及流动性，以支持运营活动的顺利进行，并维护公司的财务稳定性和合规性。
  To manage and monitor PT Jide Electric Indonesia’s day-to-day cash flows, banking transactions and liquidity accurately and in a timely manner, in order to support the smooth running of operational activities and maintain the company’s financial stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• 根据审批单据办理付款（供应商、报销、工资、备用金），核对PPh代扣税
  Process payments (suppliers, expense claims, salaries, petty cash) in accordance with approved documents, and verify PPh withholding tax
• 登记现金、银行台账，每日出具资金日报，登记客户回款
  Maintain cash and bank ledgers, prepare daily cash flow reports, and record customer payments
• 管理备用金，定期盘点、补款，确保账实一致
  Manage petty cash, conduct regular stock-takes and replenish funds to ensure that the accounts match the physical cash on hand
• 对接本地银行，维护网银Token，下载银行流水，收集银行单据
  Liaise with local banks, maintain online banking tokens, download bank statements and collect bank documents
• 归集、整理、归档付款资料（PO、Faktur Pajak、转账回执等），
  Collate, organise and file payment documentation (POs, Faktur Pajak, transfer receipts, etc.)
• 保管网银密钥、付款凭证；按资金计划执行，发现资金异常及时上报
  Safeguard online banking keys and payment vouchers; execute payments in accordance with the cash flow plan and report any cash flow anomalies promptly.

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 会计/财务相关专业
  D3/S1 degree in Accounting or a related finance discipline.
• 至少1年出纳或付款相关经验，制造业/PMA外资优先
  At least 1 year’s experience as a cashier or in payment-related roles; experience in the manufacturing sector or with PMA foreign-invested enterprises is preferred.
• 英文读写优先，基础中文加分
  Proficiency in reading and writing English is Mandatory; basic Chinese is an advantage
• 熟练Excel；懂印尼PPh21/PPh23、BPJS、THR优先
  Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Indonesian PPh21/PPh23, BPJS and THR is Mandatory.
• 细心诚信，理解内控，能驻厂上班
  Meticulous and trustworthy, with an understanding of internal controls; able to work on-site at the factory
