- 維護並管理國內外人力仲介合作關係。
- 辦理外籍移工引進、任用、報到及到職安排。
- 協調移工入境、接機、住宿及報到相關作業。
- 執行派遣履歷篩選及報到作業。
- 追蹤招募成效，分析招募數據並提出改善方案。
- 配合政府法令及公司政策辦理外籍移工相關作業。
- 跨部門協調相關單位，確保人力如期到位。
- 辦理主管交辦之招募專案及相關事項。
