What they need
- 獨立規劃及推動各項薪酬策略與專案，包括年度調薪、績效獎金、留才獎酬及中長期激勵方案，負責方案設計、數據分析、成本試算、提案、執行追蹤及成效檢視。
- 執行Mercer、WTW等外部薪資調查，整合內部薪酬數據，分析薪酬市場競爭力，並提出薪酬定位及制度優化建議。
- 負責薪酬及人事費用預算規劃、成本預估、差異分析與預算控管。
- 辦理薪酬委員會相關作業，包括議案規劃、資料分析、簡報製作及決議事項追蹤。
- 研析ESG、公司治理及永續發展中與薪酬福利相關之議題，協助制度規劃與資訊揭露。
- 與HRBP、財務及各事業單位協作，提供薪酬專業建議並推動相關專案落地。
- 配合部門重點任務及多項專案需求，彈性支援薪資、獎金等相關資料之彙整、分析與管理資訊提供。
