What they need
跨部門與廠端協調： 擔任 RD 與工廠（NPI/試產線）的主要窗口，控管 NPI 階段生產進度
試產與樣品安排： 規劃與安排樣品試產，滿足車用客戶對樣品交期
料件與 BOM 管理： 建立與維護產品 BOM 料號；與採購定期開會，追蹤備料進度。
工程變更（ECR/ECO）控管： 追蹤 NPI 階段之產品工程變更，確保變更於產線切換順暢。
樣品物流與客戶協助： 安排樣品 寄送與出貨事宜，並協助 PM 處理專案相關推動事務。
