承保经理 / Underwriting Manager

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 负责核保险及相关特险业务的承保、账单录入及再保保费结算等相关工作
• 负责制定与优化承保政策、业务指引和风险选择标准
• 负责业务数据的分析，定期撰写承保分析报告
• 负责与核共体、经纪公司及重点客户的日常业务沟通与协调
• 参与新产品、新业务模式的开发与研究
• 负责集团海外业务的承接与分保安排
• 完成上司交办的其他工作
• Handle underwriting, billing and reinsurance premium settlement for nuclear insurance and related special risks
• Develop and optimize underwriting policies, business guidelines and risk selection criteria
• Conduct business data analysis and prepare underwriting analysis reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate daily business communications with nuclear pools, brokers and key clients
• Participate in the development and research of new products and business models
• Manage the placement and reinsurance arrangements for the Group's overseas businesses
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

任职要求 / Requirements

学历与经验 / Education & Experience

• 持有大学本科或以上学历，主修核物理、电力、自动化、保险、金融、工商管理、财务管理、经济等相关科目
• 具备2年或以上相关工作经验
• 具有财产保险（尤其特险类直保、再保项目）经验者可获优先考虑
• Bachelor's degree or above in Nuclear Physics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics or related disciplines
• 2 years or more of relevant working experience
• Experience in property insurance (especially direct insurance and reinsurance for special risks) is preferred

• 具备良好的职业道德与诚信记录
• 熟悉财产保险尤其核保险类业务承保及再保险流程
• 具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力及文字表达能力
• 良好的团队合作精神，具备一定的抗压能力
• 持有保险、财务、金融领域相关专业资格证书者可获优先考虑
• Strong professional ethics and integrity
• Familiar with property insurance underwriting and reinsurance processes, particularly nuclear insurance
• Strong learning, communication, coordination and writing skills
• Good team player with ability to work under pressure
• Relevant professional certifications in insurance, finance or accounting are preferred

语言能力 / Language Skills

• 具备良好的中英文书写及口语能力
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
