VCU/HCU Software Safety Engineer

• Development of Software Safety Requirements and Architectural Design for VCU/HCU

VCU/HCU软件安全需求开发与架构设计： o Review the TSC to confirm the feasibility of the TSC proposal. 审查TSC，确认TSC方案的可行性 o Develop software safety requirements based on the TSC and safety analysis report.根据TSC和安全分析报告，编写软件安全需求 o Design software safety architecture.设计软件安全架构 o Responsible for Software FMEA and DFA.负责软件FMEA和DFA o Support HIL or vehicle testing and assist in resolving issues encountered during testing.支持HIL或实车测试，并协助解决测试中的问题。

• Development and testing of VCU/HCU safety related models. VCU/HCU安全模型开发与测试： o Develop Level 2 models in accordance with software requirements and architecture. 根据软件需求和架构，进行level 2模型开发 o Responsible for static and dynamic testing of software unit components. 负责软件单元组件的静态测试和动态测试。 o Responsible for software integration testing. 负责软件集成测试
• Technical Leadership & Process Improvement:技术攻关与流程建设： o Participate in TSC reviews, providing expert input from ASW perspective. 参与TSC评审，为系统设计提供软件层面的专业意见。 o Implement and validate software features related to functional safety, supporting projects in achieving ISO 26262 ASIL levels. 负责功能安全相关软件特性的实现与验证，支持项目满足ISO 26262 ASIL等级要求。 o Follow ASPICE processes and prepare relevant technical documentation. 遵循ASPICE流程，编写相关技术文档。 o Mentor and coach junior engineers, sharing knowledge and driving the team's technical advancement. 指导并培养初级工程师，分享专业知识，推动团队技术进步。 Qualification: Location:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程、车辆工程、自动化等相关专业。
• 5+ yearsof experience in automotive embedded software development, experienced in at least 1 SOP projects. 5年以上VCU/HCU软件开发经验，至少1个完整的VCU/HCU功能安全软件量产车项目经验。
• Proficiency in Simulink/Stateflow, Proficient in M language and C language. 熟练使用Simulink/Stateflow,熟练使用m语言和C语言
• Familiar with E-Gas Monitoring Concept for VCU/HCU. 熟悉用于VCU/HCU的E-Gas 监控概念.
• Familiar with the torque path of VCU/HCU. 熟悉VCU/HCU的控制策略，尤其是扭矩路径相关的控制策略和level 2监控策略。
• Experience in developing engine ECU software or safety software would be advantageous. 具有发动机ecu软件或者安全软件开发经验会是加分项。
• Familiar with ISO 26262-6 sections, familiar with ASPICE software development processes.熟悉ISO26262-4和ISO26262-6部分，熟悉aspice软件开发流程
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.精通中文和英语的书面及口头表达能力
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. 具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，以及良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
