WAREHOUSE MANAGER

A. Position Overview（岗位概述）

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and operational standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting efficient supply chain operations, particularly in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

B. Key Responsibilities（主要职责）

1. Warehouse Operations Management（仓库运营管理）

• Oversee all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure all warehouse processes are executed in accordance with company SOP and operational standards
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the warehouse

2. Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy（库存控制与准确性）

• Ensure high level of stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic stock audits
• Monitor and control stock movement, ensuring compliance with FIFO / FEFO principles
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure timely and accurate system updates (ERP/WMS)

通过盘点确保库存准确；执行FIFO/FEFO；处理库存差异；确保系统数据准确。

3. Inbound & Outbound Operations（出入库管理）

• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team for incoming goods
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and delivery of orders
• Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to meet delivery schedules
• Monitor loading and unloading processes to minimize errors and damages

4. Team Leadership & Management（团队管理）

• Lead, supervise, and manage warehouse staff (storekeepers, pickers, drivers)
• Plan manpower allocation, duty roster, and workload distribution
• Provide training on SOP, safety, and operational procedures
• Enforce discipline and performance standards within the team

5. Compliance, SOP & Safety（合规、流程与安全）

• Ensure full compliance with company SOP, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
• Implement proper storage and handling procedures, especially for food products
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards (if applicable: HACCP / GMP)

6. Reporting & KPI Monitoring（报告与绩效管理）

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, operations, and warehouse performance

• Monitor and manage key KPIs such as:

  • Inventory Accuracy
  • Order Fulfillment Rate
  • Stock Loss / Damage Rate
  • Operational Efficiency

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

7. Cost Control & Operational Efficiency（成本与效率管理）

• Monitor warehouse operational costs and improve productivity
• Reduce wastage, damages, and inefficiencies
• Improve workflow and turnaround time

C. Requirements（任职要求）

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Mandatory experience in FMCG industry, preferably in food manufacturing or distribution
• Strong hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse management
• Proven ability to handle high-volume and fast-paced operations
• Familiar with FIFO / FEFO practices
• Experience in ERP / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to enforce SOP, discipline, and operational control
