What they need
工作職責：
統籌倉務組工作分配與現場監管，保障訂單交付時效與作業準確率
處理倉儲異常事件，組織復盤並推動改善落地
負責組員培訓帶教、日常管理及績效考核
跨部門協同，優化倉儲作業流程，提出系統改進建議
管理庫位，組織定期盤點，確保賬實相符
完成上級交辦的其它事項。
資歷要求
電子元器件倉庫經驗，2年及以上倉儲團隊管理經驗，熟悉WMS系統優先
良好溝通及團隊管理能力
嚴謹穩重，抗壓能力強，擅長處理異常問題並復盤改善
執行力強，服從工作安排
福利：
年度旅遊、年終獎金、生日福利、端午福利、中秋福利，超時工作津貼 100HKD/H，待遇具體可面談
