该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 负责湿法刻蚀，去胶，甲酸回流炉，清洗等相关设备的导入，安装，调试，验收，和日常维护工作，保障设备的正常运行。 任职要求： 本科，3年以上半导体设备经验，3年以上刻蚀/去胶/回流/清洗相关设备工作经验。 熟悉新设备导入，安装，调试，验收流程，具备丰富的设备维修和保养经验。 掌握刻蚀/去胶/回流/清洗相关设备的机械结构和工作原理，有盛美/芯源/GPTC相关湿法设备工作经验优先。
