• Guide parents to understand suitable learning options and course recommendations for their child
• Communicate with parents via WhatsApp or phone calls to understand their child’s learning needs and provide suitable guidance
• Accurately record all communication and follow-up details
• Improve consultation scripts, SOPs, and communication flow based on real cases

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• SPM graduate

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a communication-related role
• Promoter / Customer Service / Sales experience is an advantage

Skills & Traits:

• Good communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Able to use basic Google Suite

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday

• 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Work at the office (including 1-hour lunch break)
• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Break - back home
• 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Work From Home (WFH)

Total working hours: 8 hours per day
