该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.参与贷前、贷中风险政策的制定及优化，并评估执行情况动态调整，确保策略有效性； 2.通过数据分析洞察客户信贷行为，细分客群，挖掘业务机会，并产出报告及提出建议； 3.开展风险识别及评估，输出风险评估报告，预警潜在风险；监控政策执行效果，对数据进行分析并提出改进意见。 任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计量经济学、计算机、金融等相关专业优先 2.熟练使用SQL、Python、SAS、Hive等工具进行数据分析；精通Excel、PPT、WORD等办公软件 3.逻辑严密、思维敏锐，具备较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、能快速熟悉业务领域、敏锐地捕捉业务核心和数据价值
