What they need
- 經理級
- 架構與評審：負責關鍵 AI 演算法架構設計、資料管線 (Data Pipeline) 規劃與 Code Review。
- 選型與驗證：進行關鍵模型 (LLM/CNN等) 選型、演算法模型模擬評估與推論效能 (Throughput/Latency) 實測驗證。
- 前瞻技術導入：連結上游開源社群、AI 晶片廠 (如 NVIDIA) 與新型算法供應商，導入前瞻 AI 技術與框架。
- 客製化開發：與 AI 晶片或雲端服務商共同開發客製化模型或加速算子，確保創新演算法具備量產與落地可行性。
- 產品化推動：管理 AI 模型佈署 (MLOps) 流程，推動實驗室 Demo 樣品走向初期產品化與邊緣端/雲端落地。
- 副理級
- 架構：負責邊緣端 AI 演算法與推論軟體的代碼編寫，主導核心資料管線開發並進行 Code Review。
- 模型優化：執行關鍵模型與推論引擎的工程實測，落實模型壓縮（量化 Quantization / 剪枝 Pruning）與 Edge 裝置端實際效能驗證。
- 技術驗證：針對上游晶片廠或開源社群的前瞻輕量化模型，進行概念驗證（PoC）與邊緣端技術移植。
- 軟韌整合：落實邊緣端 MLOps 與軟韌體整合工作，主導 Demo 樣品到初期產品化的程式碼重構與現場除錯（Debug）。
