Context : My mission at BforBank involved the exciting challenge of launching a brand new mobile application. This encompassed a complete overhaul of the user experience, featuring a redesigned interface and a streamlined, intuitive customer journey. Spearheaded QA for BforBank's new mobile app launch: Drove end-to-end quality assurance, resulting in a successful launch and a significantly improved user experience. Positive Impact: Delivered a high-quality, user-friendly mobile banking application, potentially leading to increased customer satisfaction and adoption. Championed user-centric design: Collaborated closely with the Product Owner to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Orchestrating Quality Across Agile Teams: Collaborated with 7 agile feature teams (PO, Scrum Master, and Developers), fostering a culture of quality ownership. Designed and executed a comprehensive onboarding strategy in close collaboration with Italian Product Leaders, ensuring alignment with business vision and requirements. Implemented a robust testing strategy encompassing environment management, incident tracking, and cross-functional testing coordination. Shifting Left for Proactive Quality Assurance: Championed the Shift-Left approach, conducting Example Mapping workshops to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria early in the development cycle. Facilitated "Three Amigos" sessions with developers, POs, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and minimize defects. Leveraged Xray for test management, reporting, and insightful dashboards to track progress and coverage metrics. Ensuring a Seamless Production Release: Conducted rigorous testing across various channels, including API, web (desktop/mobile), and automated regression testing. Collaborated closely with Italian counterparts through paired testing sessions, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Implemented a robust release process, including release notes, production verification, and a phased rollout strategy. Impact: The project culminated in the successful launch of the new checkout experience for Leroy Merlin Italy, encompassing key functionalities such as delivery methods, payment options, loyalty programs, and coupons. This achievement underscores my ability to lead and deliver complex digital transformations with a relentless focus on quality and collaboration.
